I admit, I am late in posting our X-Mas pictures, but some are so cute, I couldn't pass it up!
We spent our holidays at home, then in Tennessee with Andy's family. Christmas was full of scary moments (namely Santa moments)
Tired moments (some like this....)
(and others like this),
hugs,
cats,
and, that guy again???
After Santa came to our house, Addie has time to enjoy her new presents (without pants, of course:)
Can you check babies on the airplane?
In Tennessee with Gran-ma and Gran-pa, finally!
I'm even glad to see Aunt Manda's boots!
How big is Addie?
Chillin on X-Mas eve in Gran-pa's rocking chair
No, guess what Santa brought ME!
Enjoying a book with lots of animal sounds:)
Using the tiny, shiny mattress from her new doll house as a pillow. (This was a truly ridiculous sight to behold:)
And yes, she definitely tried to sit in this tiny chair. We finally had to take it away from her because she kept trying to sit in it!
No, Gran-ma, I'm sure that chair was made just for me!
Then the best present EVER!
Crazy Aunt Bonnie hangin out on the floor with Addie.
And our X-mas jam session. Yes, there were definitely bells...
and glasses involved.
Then we got to go see Great-Granddaddy in Nashville. And we opened MORE presents!
Playing on the table...I like this place!
I love Aunt Manda!
Church at the Rehab center with the family.
Such a fun trip, the boys were pooped. Like father...
Like son.
Then back at home. Post Christmas sadness has set in, but not for Addie. She loves her new dress up clothes from Mama Dee and Papa.
As I mentioned in one of my last posts, there was an emergency appendectomy involved in our trip to Tennessee. Well, it was Andy's Aunt Bonnie. His aunt, uncle Phil, and cousins, Molly, and Ellen, made the drive from Maryland to Tennessee on X-Mas day, and Bonnie was not feeling so well. We thought it was just the 10 hour drive, but just a couple of days later, Bonnie went to the hospital and was taken to surgery just a few hours later. Never a dull moment with Andy's family. Way to make our trip more interesting, Bonnie! They know how to have a good time!
More updates:
Andy's granddad is still in the Rehab center in Tennessee, but is getting stronger everyday and is getting better at using his walker.
Andy's parents have moved to a new house with an amazing view of the Smokey mountains. We can't wait to see it with the furniture in it!
Until next time...

Hey, Lisa & Andy,
I'm Barry and Bonnie's cousin in Nashville. I absolutely love following your blog. Adison is such a doll. I would love to get to see her in person. I'm getting anxious for grandchildren, and seeing Addie isn't helping me! I know Barry, Peggy, and Amanda have a hard time being so far away from ya'll. Her Christmas pictures are so cute.
I enjoyed getting to spend time with the family while Uncle Cecil was at Vanderbilt (even under such difficult circumstances).
Take care,
Betty Townsend
